The hotel rooms were not exactly as shown in the pictures online, but overall, they were nice despite a broken light and some decor issues in the corner. The furnishings had an older style charm and the room was very clean and well-equipped with a spacious bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly and proactive staff, although I had to regulate the room heat myself. The location was just perfect, offering a peaceful night's sleep away from the lively nightlife but still within walking distance of the city center and major points of interest. The dining experience was delicious, although I never had breakfast at the hotel. The facilities were pretty good overall.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was just perfect, not in the busy old town but only a short tram ride away. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bathrooms were very nice. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. The dining experience was lovely with a variety of local and international dishes. The hotel had fabulous surroundings, and I couldn't fault it. Definitely recommend it!

Our stay at the hotel was exceptional. The rooms were surprisingly spacious, with a great view. The decor and amenities exceeded our expectations. However, the broken light in the corner was a small downside. The service was friendly, offering currency exchange although I didn't need it. The location was perfect, close to the important sights yet away from the hustle and bustle. The dining experience, although not tried, seemed ample and good. Overall, we had a delightful stay and would highly recommend it.
